We offer same day in-store pickup FREE or $15 Flat Rate Shipping anywhere in the U.S. If you choose pickup at checkout, please see pickup address & hours below:

We are open everyday of the week, including weekends, 12pm-8pm.

if you opt for in-store pickup, you must pick-up your items within 5 business days.

Shipping is available only in the U.S. Shipping is a flat rate fee of $15. Your order will ship either USPS or UPS. Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), Orders are shipped from Lexington, KY and take approximately 5-7 days for shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled after placed. We do not ship outside of the U.S. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Please triple check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Be sure your shipping address is entered correctly. For lost, stolen or damaged mail, please contact either USPS or UPS to file a claim.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered by customer, it will not be resent without a new address and return shipping paid in advance. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with an incorrect address entered at checkout. Per our return policy, no refunds will be given. 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED MAIL. IF YOUR PACKAGE INDICATES 'DELIVERED' AND IS MISSING, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER.
